A simple yet delicious Extra Virgin Olive Oil dip recipe.

This garlic, herb, and EVOO mixture packs a ton of flavor. Keep some extra LIVS olive oil near your prep station, odds are, you will want to top up your bowl with more!

Makes roughly 1/2 cup & serves 4 to 6 people


2 garlic cloves, or more depending on how garlicky you want it

2 tablespoons capers, drained

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary

2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme

3 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese

Pinch sea salt, if you have it try truffle salt

Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Pinch crushed red pepper flakes, optional to make it spicy

1/2 cup of LIVS Original Blend Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, plus more as needed

Crusty bread, cubed
