Has my order shipped?

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us. You can track your order directly from that email.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 7-9 business days based on the delivery location. 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order placement. You can track your order from the Shipping Confirmation email that will be sent to you once your order ships.  

Do you ship to PO boxes?

At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes. 

Do you ship globally?

    Currently we ship only to destinations within the United States.

    How do you calculate shipping charges?

    Shipping charges are determined by FedEx and UPS rates and are based on how much you order and your delivery location. 

    How do I request a refund?

    If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team to learn more about requesting a refund. 

    What is your return policy?

    We do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we will help you. For items purchased at stores, please contact the store where the purchase was made to review their refund policy.
